Westword's DISH event went down on Sunday at Sculpture Park, and Denver's stylish came out to sample over forty dishes -- looking pretty tasty in the process. One of the best-dressed was Chloe Sweem, who looked casual yet classic. Keep reading to learn where she shops, her favorite accessory, and which style icons inspire her look.

Spotted at: Sculpture Park in the Denver Performing Arts Complex
Profession: I'm an administrative assistant for a study-abroad company.
Favorite film: 500 Days of Summer.
2013 jam: Tom Petty's "Mary Jane's Last Dance."
Style inspirations/icons: I just dyed my hair platinum blonde, so Brigitte Bardot is one of my fashion icons. I'm really into the Mad Men look and the 1950s to 1960s right now. Zooey Deschanel has great style. Lana Del Rey, too.
Favorite color: Periwinkle. Blue, baby blue.
Favorite accessory: Hair accessories: bandannas, hair-bows, scarves.
Style mantra: I'm really into reinventing myself every day for whatever I may be doing. If I wear the same thing twice, I try to wear it differently with different items.
Shops at: Buffalo Exchange. I'm also a sucker for Forever 21. I like to look at Modcloth.com[2] and Lookbook[3] for ideas. ARC thrift stores are good thrift stores, too.

Sweem picked up this handmade brown leather bag in Spain, where she lived for a year.

Hair accessories are Sweem's favorite item to add to an ensemble. She's wearing a red-and- baby blue scarf as a headband to match her shirt and belt. "I have a different vision for the clothes I find at the thrift store," says Sweem. who picked up this children's shirt from a thrift store and distressed it.
Style analysis: They came, they saw and and they ate well. The first daytime DISH possessed a fun-in-the-sun vibe, but only a select few were able to remain stylish while chowing down. With her scarf/bandanna/headband, her silver metallic saddles, Spanish leather purse and bright red belt, Sweem offers a modern take on Alice in Wonderland, complete with platinum blonde hair. In the process, she shows how to pull off a relaxed afternoon look while retaining some personality.
