Police forces across the country are appealing for information on the missing girls who have not been seen for upwards of a week
Police are still searching for FIVE girls who have gone missing over Christmas and New Year.
Forces across the country are appealing for information on the girls, who range in age from 13 to 18.
13-year-old Hayleigh-Jade Ffrench, also known as Hayley, was last seen at 5pm on New Year's Eve[1] .
The teenager, from Hayes, west London, is described as black, 5ft 6in and with long, braided hair.
She was last seen wearing a flowery T-shirt, tight-fitting blue jeans, pink ankle-height trainers and a green, shiny puffa-style thigh-length jacket.
She has links to south London, specifically the Lambeth, Elephant and Castle and Tooting areas.
14-year-old Heidi James is believed to have left home on New Year's Day before 4.30am[2] after celebrating with her family in Long Lawford, Warwickshire.
Heidi, also known as Beth, was wearing a pink onesie with pink hearts on and a dark purple sweater and brown ugg boots. She was not wearing a coat.
The teen, who could be in Northamptonshire, is described as a white female of slim build with shoulder length black hair.
Patricia Zupkova, from Eastwood, Rotherham, and Diana Horvathova from Leeds are Slovakian and 15.
They are believed to be together and have not been in contact with their families since last week.
There have been unconfirmed sightings in the Leeds and Bradford areas but so far, the youngsters have not been found.
Patricia has dark brown wavy shoulder length hair and she was last seen around 1pm on Boxing Day at her home on Bramwell Street, Eastwood, wearing silver/grey jogging bottoms and the same colour sweatshirt.
Diana is described as 5’2” tall, slim build, has long brown hair with blonde highlights, and she has a tattoo on the right side of her neck with the initial DH.
Diana was last seen around 7pm on Christmas Eve at her home address on Sandhurst Terrace in Harehills, Leeds, wearing a red long-sleeved top, a red hooded top with a black chequered pattern, light blue jeans with tears on both legs, and black Nike trainers.
18-year-old Nida Ul-Naseer, from Newport in south Wales, vanished on Saturday at 8pm after taking out the rubbish at home[3] .
The teenager has not been seen since she stepped outside to go to the bins outside her home on Linton Street .
Police sniffer dogs and up to 40 police officers, some on horseback, have been searching open areas around her home.
The teenager, whose disappearance is out of character, is also in need of medication without which she is likely to become anaemic.
A police spokesman said: "Nida is of Asian-Pakistani appearance and has long dark hair, is slim and is five feet three inches tall.
"She was last known to be wearing blue jeans and a black top.
"To go missing is particularly out of character for Nida, and officers and her family are increasingly concerned for her welfare due to that fact that she hasn't been in contact, especially over the New Year period."
But police said tonight that 12-year-old Chanelle Beasley, of Mitcham, south west London, has been found safe after going missing at 3pm on New Year's Eve[4] .
Anyone with information on any missing person should call police on 101 or the charity Missing People on 116 000.
