It’s hard to believe uber glamorous actress Sofia Vergara, 41, has a 21-year-old son but the star has been holidaying with only-child Manolo, basking in the bright Mexican sun while on holiday.
The Modern Family star is currently enjoying a quiet getaway with her family including her son and businessman fiancé Nick Loeb at the St. Regis Punta Mita Resort.
While Sofia kept her feet on solid ground, Manolo caught some rays sat proudly on the bow of a boat named Neptuno setting sail with several surf boards attached to its roof.

The actress appeared to be enjoying socialising with her friends and family on the beach of her resort, where they all congregated around a large white sun lounger.
With a drink in her hand, the 41-year-old looked a picture of perfection with her bright white top tied around her waist flaunting her toned, tanned midriff.
A gentle wind blew sections of the actress’s patterned pink sarong behind her as she stood and talked to her friends.

The happy couple: The actress and her fiance Nick looked like they were enjoying a drink on the beach in St. Regis Punta Mita Resort.
Later that day the star was seen out shopping with her friends and fiancé Nick; the couple looked deep in conversation as they walked along a cobbled street in the village.
Wearing the same outfit she wore on the beach, Sofia wore a black leather handbag across her body and dark sunglasses.
Nick looked casual as he strolled along wearing beige shorts and a fitted black t-shirt, showing off his hunky Hollywood body.

Sofia explained on an interview on Chelsea Lately recently that she's in no rush to head down the aisle.
'I was thinking the other day that Americans take engagements like, "OK, we're engaged." It means let's plan weddings. But for a couple of Latin Americans, you get engaged, but it's like another stage in your love life. It doesn't mean, "Let’s call the flower place". It's like another period,' she told Chelsea Handler.
Sofia was married at age 18 to her childhood sweetheart, Joe Gonzalez, and gave birth to son Manolo aged 19. She and Gonzalez split up in 1993 after two years of marriage.
The busy star will next star in Heat, a drama starring Jason Statham and also stars in the comedyChef alongside Robert Downey, Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Dustin Hoffman and John Leguizamo.
