The 54-year-old music mogul was seen squeezing in some precious hours with Lauren, in between his work as a judge on The X Factor USA, and decided to treat his lady to an evening at the popular Mixology bar and restaurant.
Although Simon opted for his go-to outfit of bootcut jeans and a plain top, Lauren looked gorgeous in a figure hugging dress that showed off her growing baby bump.
She looks ready to give birth any day now!
Lauren, 36, completed her effortlessly glam ensemble with a grey leather jacket and matching grey heels, while keeping her glossy brown locks straight and accessorising with a simple necklace and a tiny clutch bag.
The socialite was no doubt enjoying the warm LA atmosphere, since she is currently based in New York, where the temperatures plummet over winter.
And we can imagine that her quality time with Simon was much needed too, as the British businessman is apparently planning to spend his Christmas in Barbados with ex-girlfriend Sinitta[1] , while Lauren celebrates with her 7-year-old son in the Hamptons.
Simon confirmed that he and Lauren - who he has been close friends with for years - are expecting a baby together in August and appears to be slowly embracing the prospect of becoming a first-time father.
Earlier this month, the straight-talking X Factor boss was presented with a mini-me outfit of high-waisted jeans and a white T-shirt[2] for his unborn child on America's Tonight Show With Jay Leno.
Although, we're not sure how Lauren will feel about dressing her tiny tot up like it's dad!
The couple are rumoured to be expecting a baby boy and Simon has revealed that they've already decided upon a name[3] .
