The hottest tech toy or latest fashions just don't cut it for Kathy Krueger.
So the Winter Park retiree does most of her holiday shopping at retailers such as Ten Thousand Villages.
"It helps somebody else, and all the products are wonderful," said Krueger, 70. "If I can buy something that's going to help someone in a country have food, I prefer to do that."
