But the singer seemed to let her efforts slide as she was spotted out at the shops wrapped up warm in a stylish fur lined coat with her bump on show.
Looking deep in thought the 35-year-old walked along the street in North London looking as warm as toast dressed all in black apart from her grey hooded coat.

The former S Cub 7 star carried a large black leather handbag and had tied her brunette hair tied in a loose top knot and accessorised with diamond earrings.
Rachel married her husband Alex Bourne in a romantic ceremony at London's Claridges' Hotel in August 2009, and the star made no secret of the fact that the couple were keen to become parents.
The couple already have a two-year-old daughter Amelie, who is said to be excited at the prospect of having a new brother or sister.

The family are is set to welcome her new arrival into the world in early 2014.
Announcing the happy news in September, Rachel tweeted: 'Alex and I are so happy to find out that we are pregnant again and can't wait to meet our new little member of the family early next year.
'Needless to say, we're all super excited, especially Amelie who is looking forward to meeting her new little brother or sister.'

Before welcoming Amelie into the world in November 2010, she said: 'We’d absolutely love to have children. I think having children is the most amazing thing. I don’t think I can tell what kind of mum I’d be until I go through it. It’s such a life-changing thing.
Since becoming a mother, the former Strictly Come Dancing star explained she has come to realise that no matter how hard she works, not everything in life is always going to be perfect.
Earlier this year, she said in an interview with the MailOnline: 'The first three months of having a newborn baby was a complete shock to the system.
