A 20-year-old male was stopped, spoken to and searched on Adelaide Street at 12.40pm on November 1.


Police located four clipsal bags each containing 28 grams of cannabis and charged the man with possession of cannabis with intent to sell and supply.



A group of youths were stopped and searched at the Esplanade Hotel at 7.40pm on November 1.


Police located less than a gram of cannabis on two of the youths and juvenile precautions were issued.


A 40-year-old Rivervale man was charged with the stealing of a motor vehicle after from a Forth Street address in Abbey at 10pm on November 1.


The offender left a backpack behind at the scene which contained identifiable documents in it, when he returned the next day to retrieve it police apprehended him.


The man was also charged with no authority to drive for his suspended licence.


A rock was used to smash through a window of a Toyota Carolla parked on Kilchatten Crescent between 7pm November 1 and 5am November 2.


A man’s wallet containing a quantity of cash was stolen as well as an Apple iPad.


Geographe Leisure Centre’s carpark was targeted when three vehicles were broken into between 9am and 5pm on November 3.


Police say the offenders smashed the front windows of all three vehicles to gain entry, and rummaged through.


Nothing was reported missing from the first vehicle, loose change was taken from the second vehicle, and a HTC mobile phone, a brown leather wallet containing cash, sunglasses and four bags of groceries were reported stolen from the third vehicle.


A Queen Street address was targeted sometime between 2pm November 2 and 9.30am November 3.


It is alleged the offenders forced a rear door open and rummaged through the building in search of money when the petty cash was located and removed from the premises.


An unknown object was used to smash the rear door to gain entry to access the float.


A white Hino van that was parked on Duchess Street had its right driver’s side window smashed between 8 and 9pm on November 2.


A quantity of men’s clothing and toiletries were stolen as well as three sleeping bags.


Property was stolen from the Busselton Tennis Club between 2.30 and 3pm on November 2.



It is alleged the offender walked into the Tennis Club and stole an Apple iPhone 4 and a square leather satchel which were left on a chair.
