1900 block of Clawson, 9-22-13: Complainant reported an unknown suspect broke into the unlocked detached garage. Nothing was taken.
3300 block of Cummings, 9-23-13: Complainant reported an unknown suspect broke into the vacant home and stole a Kenmore refrigerator, Kitchen Aid microwave, Kitchen Aid stove, a washer and dryer.
Larceny
25352 Woodward (L.A. Fitness), 9-23-13: Complainant reported an unknown suspect stole a gym bag from his locker.

1711 N. Main (Burger King), 9-22-13: Complainant reported a subject approached the register requesting change. The cashier left an undisclosed amount of currency on the counter and walked away from the register. The subject took the money and fled the restaurant. The suspect was described as a black male with a dark complexion, mid 40’s, 5’8”, 160 lbs, wearing a black leather jacket and dirty clothing.
3000 block of Bamlet, 9-21-13: Complainant reported an unknown suspect stole three (3) UPS packages from the front porch of the residence.
4300 block of Hampton, 9-23-13: Complainant reported an unknown suspect stole two (2) metal support poles and ten pounds of steel shims from the construction site.
2800 block of W. Fourteen Mile, 9-25-13: Complainant reported an unknown suspect stole a dark blue 2012 Big Tex dump trailer.
Larceny from an Automobile
700 block of Millard, 9-23-13: Complainant reported an unknown suspect stole the spare tire from her silver 2002 Chevy Suburban.
Malicious Destruction of Property
1900 block of N. Campbell, 9-21-13: Complainant reported an acquaintance slashed all four tires of her vehicle.
400 block of W. Fourth Street, 9-21-13: Complainant reported an unknown suspect broke the front window of her apartment with an unknown object.
201 W. Fourth Street (Little Brother’s Burgers), 9-21-13: Complainant reported a subject punched the glass entry door breaking it. The subject was described as a white male, mid 20’s, 6’0”, thin muscular build, short brown hair, wearing a tan shirt and green shorts. The suspect fled the area on foot.
1200 block of W. Farnum, 9-23-13: Complainant reported an unknown suspect keyed his vehicle.
Other Incidents
29806 Woodward (Palms Motel), 9-26-13: Royal Oak officers conducted a motel check and arrested a subject registered at the motel who had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. 13-29127
739 S. Washington (Oakland Community College), 8:30 a.m. 9 -26-13: Royal Oak police officers responded to the Oakland Community College to assist an Oakland Community College police officer involved in a physical altercation with a special needs student.
Royal Oak police officers arrived on the scene and assisted with securing the student. The Oakland Community College police officer suffered minor injuries during the altercation and was transported to William Beaumont Hospital for treatment.
The Oakland Community College Police Department is investigating this incident.
