CORNWALL - Cornwall police arrested two people and seized hundreds of what they described as counterfeit handbags at the Cornwall Fall Festival last weekend.

Harmeen Sawhney, 42, of Salisbury Mills, and Harry Finerow, 74, of Ellenville, were charged with trademark counterfeiting, a felony.

The fakes carried several designer labels, including Coach and Louis Vuitton. Police made the arrests after receiving a tip from an agent of one of the handbag brands who was doing surveillance at the festival.
