THE following appeared in Dudley Magistrates Court between September 9-13:


Ian Mark Morgan, aged 41, of Spring Road, Netherton, was fined £180 for possessing cannabis in Netherton on August 16. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.


Scott Roger Lees, aged 27, of Morvale Street, Lye, was sent to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months for stealing four cans of Special Brew, worth £8.49 from The Co-op, Stourbridge, on September 5 when he was prohibited from entering the shop by an anti-social behaviour order.


He was also sentenced for damaging a window, worth £100, in Stourbridge on September 7.


He must pay compensation of £8.49, a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.


John George Jones, aged 27 of Caslon Crescent, Norton, was fined £130 for causing unnecessary suffering to a Staffordshire bull terrier puppy named Mixie, by lifting it up off the floor by its leash and collar causing the dog to be hung and resisting an officer in the execution of his duty on June 19.


He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, £85 court costs.


Naomi Dennis, aged 30, of Double Row, Netherton, was fined £100 for causing £300 worth of damage to a VW Passat in Dudley on April 11. She was ordered to pay compensation of £250, a victim surcharge of £20 and £200 court costs.


Steven Christopher Murphy, aged 40, of Harebell Crescent, Dudley, was given a 12-month community order for causing £120 worth of damage to a Range Rover Sport in Brierley Hill on September 17, 2012.


He must carry out 60 hours unpaid work, pay compensation of £40, a victim surcharge of £60 and £300 court costs.


Lee John Francis, aged 27, of Blewitt Street, Brierley Hill, was fined £280 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months for drink driving in a Renault Kangoo, without a licence or insurance in Brierley Hill on August 24.


When tested he had 53mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.


Mark William Michael Cannon, aged 52, of Talbot Street, Lye, was discharged conditionally for six months for possessing cannabis in Stourbridge on July 24. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.


Connor Douglas Russell, aged 19, of Harebell Crescent, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for being drunk and disorderly in Dudley on August 25. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.


Matthew Johnson, aged 24 of Leabank Road, Netherton, was given a 12-month community order for an assault in Brierley Hill on April 7.


He must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work and was ordered to pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £60 and £250 court costs.


Luke Wayne Richardson, aged 22 of Gayfield Avenue, Brierley Hill, was given a 12-month community order for an assault in Brierley Hill on April 7.


He must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work, pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £60 and £250 court costs. He was also sentenced for an assault in Brierley Hill on April 7 and was ordered to pay compensation of £200.


Kelly Anne Andrews, aged 36 of Morlick Rise, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for drink driving on Sandringham Way, Brierley Hill, on August 3.


When tested she had 142 mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was banned from driving for 36 months, ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work, pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.


Roy George Brough, aged 33 of Wrens Hill Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for stealing children’s clothing, worth £123 from Matalan, Brierley Hill, on July 30 and taking a Vax Cylinder vaccum, worth £69 from B&M, Dudley.


He was ordered to pay compensation of £69, a victim surcharge of £80 and £100 court costs.


David Martin Allchurch, aged 45 of Williams Street, Brierley Hill, was given a 12-month community order for producing cannabis in Dudley on August 4.


He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.


Aaron Botfield, aged 20, of Regis Road, Rowley Regis, was discharged conditionally for two years for an assault in Netherton on August 25. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.


Farshid Seyadnabeniya, aged 39, of Islington, Halesowen, was fined £110 for speeding on Manor Way, Halesowen, on April 19. He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £125 court costs.


Wayne Colin Bird, aged 39, of Wood Road, Lower Gornal, was fined £36 for being drunk and disorderly in Abbey Road, Lower Gornal, on August 13. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.


Mark Fynn, aged 22, of Kingswinford Road, Dudley, was given a 12-month community order for an assault in Lye on May 23. He must carry out 80 hours unpaid work, pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.


Lorenzo Joel Brown, aged 19, of Bramble Green, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for stealing three boxed sets of DVDs, worth £77 from HMV, Brierley Hill, a brown leather bag, worth £58 from Boots, Brierley Hill, and obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty on August 18.


He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.
