By midnight on Thursday, she will be seen in movie theatres as the unfortunate high school outcast in the modern remake of Carrie.

But if she was feeling nervous about the film's reception, Chloe Grace Moretz didn't show it, looking happy and relaxed as she and her brother Trevor Duke Moretz greeted fans outside of Sirius XM Radio in New York City on Thursday.

The16-year-old looked striking in a unique button-down army green leather skirt lined with tartan and accented with chic frontal cargo pockets.

She teamed the mini skirt with a black leather biker jacket and buttoned red blouse, which may have been a subtle attempt to pay homage to her film character Carrie White, who is renowned for causing a blood bath in the 1976 original film version of the Stephen King novel.

Coordinating with the crimson piece, the Kick Ass actress sported additional scarlet accents, including sunglasses and a small, studded Chanel shoulder bag.

Looking every inch the movie star, Chloe styled her dark blonde locks into silky waves, as she teetered along in ankle-strap heels.

And unlike many of her youthful peers, the 500 Days Of Summer star's make-up was perfectly age appropriate, intensifying her green eyes with natural smoky shades, as her cheeks and lips were brightened with subtle pink hues.

She certainly stood out next to her brother Trevor, 27, who opted for a muted scheme, including a brown leather jacket, grey shirt and black trousers.

The duo were undoubtedly at the radio station to promote Chloe's upcoming drama/horror film, in which Chloe stars alongside Julianne Moore as shy Carrie White, outcast by her peers and sheltered by her extremely religious mother (Moore).

After being pushed over the edge at her senior prom, the teenager unleashes telekinetic terror on her small town.

Rallying her fans, the sought-after starlet tweeted on Thursday: 'Who is going to see @CarrieMovie tonight?!?!! #Carrie #WhatHappenedToCarrie! Tonight at 10 and 12 and tomorrow!!'

But this isn't the last you'll be seeing of the actress. It was just announced that the rising Hollywood star has signed on to be in November's Criminals - the film adaptation of Sam Munson’s 2010 novel.
