Her final turn as a judge on The X Factor has commenced.
And Sharon Osbourne looked particularly content as she touched down at Los Angeles Airport on Friday, having just flown in from the UK where she will see out a season of the popular talent competition series for the very last time.
The 60-year-old fiery redhead told the Daily Mirror newspaper that it is because of her family and Los Angeles based talk show - The Talk - that she will absolutely not return to the UK show after this season.
Back with the grandkids: Sharon Osbourne arrived back at Los Angeles International Airport after filming for The X Factor in London but vowing she will not return for anymore than this season
As she jetted into the country she now calls home, Sharon kept her airport attire simple but chic in a loose-fitting black on black combination.
Basic trousers and a long flowing cardigan kept the reality star warm on the long-haul flight.
She added a touch of colour with bright red nails to match her signature fiery tresses, and shielded her eyes with large sunglasses.
Beaming: The 60-year-old looked happy to be back in California where her family lives and which is also the home of her talk show, The Talk

Sharon wore a smile as she chatted with the airport employees and waited for her transportation home.
The popular judge has remained adamant that she won't be persuaded to stay on The X Factor for longer than one series.
Sharon - who swiftly quit the talent contest in 2007 due to her conflict with fellow panellist Dannii Minogue - insists she'll only be on the program short-term because her main priority is her daytime US chat show The Talk on CBS.

She is quoted by the Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: 'I live in America and I have a show in America that I do every day. It's justthe perfect fit for me. Last time I left in a very unprofessional way, two weeks before the auditions started and not under good circumstances.
'It wasn't that they were p***ed off with me, I was p***ed off at myself.'
The no-nonsense panellist - who has children Kelly Osbourne, JackOsbourne and Aimee Osbourne, with her husband Ozzy - is confident her decision to stay won't be swayed even if big boss Simon Cowell was to return because she wants to spend time with her grandchildren without work commitments getting in the way.
Chatty: Sharon has said she is going to devote more time to her family instead, who all live in Los Angeles, and work on her locally produced chat show The Talk
Just like her dad! Kelly Osbourne took a phonecall in Studio City on Friday as she wore a pair of round purple sunglasses similar to those her rocker father Ozzy made famous
She explained: 'There are other priorities in my life right now. Inever had the luxury of being able to be with children all the time - I had to work. But I don't want to waste those years with my grandkids. I want to be there for them.'
Meanwhile, her daughter Kelly Osbourne was spotted out and about in Los Angeles making what looked to be an important phonecall.
The purple haired 28-year-old was also clad head-to-toe in black, but added a splash of cool with a ripped denim shirt.
Taking care of business: The 28-year-old appeared to be engrossed in her call and looked appropriately cool in her ripped denim jacket
In what may have been a homage to her rocker father, Kelly wore a pair of round purple sunglasses similar to those that Ozzy made famous.
Accessorising with white Chanel sneakers and a black leather handbag, the Fashion Police host stood with her phone glued to her ear.
She later breezed into the Sunset Marquis with her colourful tresses flying behind her.
Meanwhile, Sharon's husband and Kelly's father Ozzy has been performing with his band Black Sabbath.
Flying about town: The purple haired star always seems to have something or other to attend to, moving so quickly into the Sunset Marquis on Friday that her locks flew behind her
A path of her own: As her mother jets to and from London to film The X Factor and her father tours with Black Sabbath, Kelly has been hosting Fashion Police on the E! Network
